MCP connector

Build and launch from your AI client

The Pushpad connector lets an AI client such as Claude or ChatGPT work on your Pushpad account. You describe the app you want; the client builds it, publishes it and, when you say so, launches its token. It speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so any client that supports remote MCP servers can use it.

Connect it

You add the connector once in each client, then sign in to Pushpad and choose what that client may do.

Connector addresshttps://mcp.pushpad.fun/mcp

Claude (claude.ai and the desktop app)

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Pushpad and paste the connector address.
  4. Click Connect, sign in to Pushpad and choose Allow.
02

What you allow

When a client connects, Pushpad shows what it is asking for. You can allow some of it and not the rest.

  • projects:readSee your projects, files, logs and launch status.
  • projects:writeCreate projects and change their files, builds and app databases.
  • publishPublish your hosted apps and roll them back.
  • launch:preparePrepare a launch and show you what it will cost. This spends nothing.
  • launch:confirmCarry out a launch you agreed to in the chat. This takes the launch fee and any founder buy from your Pushpad wallet, and only if you have allowed launches from it.

Every client you connected is listed on your Connections page, where you can disconnect it. Its access ends at once.

What it can do

Start and look around

  • list_templatesLists the starter templates, with a short description of each.
  • create_projectCreates a project from a template, or blank.
  • list_projectsLists your projects, with their state and addresses.
  • get_projectShows one project: its versions and the names of its settings.

Build

  • list_files, read_fileRead the project's files.
  • write_filesCreates, edits or deletes files in one change.
  • add_moduleAdds a building block: wallet sign-in, a token gate, paying in the token, or reading the chain.
  • apply_migrationChanges the app's database.
  • query_dataReads from the app's database. It cannot write.
  • run_buildType-checks and builds the app, and returns what needs fixing.
  • get_logsReturns the app's build and runtime logs.

Publish

  • publishPublishes the latest successful build at the app's own address.
  • rollbackPuts an earlier published version back.
  • check_projectRuns the pre-launch check now: is the app published and responding?

Launch

  • prepare_launchSpends nothingChecks the project and shows what the launch will cost, and from which wallet. It spends nothing.
  • token_image_uploadGives a one-time link for sending the token's image, from the chat or from your browser.
  • set_token_imageSets the token's image from a drawing the AI makes, when you have no image of your own.
  • confirm_launchUses your walletCarries out a launch you agreed to. It takes the launch fee and any buy of your own from your Pushpad wallet.
  • get_launch_statusSays whether a token is live or graduated, and how full its curve is.
04

What it can't do

  • Launch without you. A launch is two steps. The first shows the cost; the second carries it out, and the client must not take it until you have seen the cost and agreed.
  • Spend from your wallet for anything else. Pushpad can use your wallet only if you allowed launches from it on your Wallet page, and then only for the launch fee and your own buy.
  • Touch your fees. No tool claims your fees or changes the wallet they are paid to. Those are done by you, signed in, on pushpad.fun.
  • Ask for your keys. The connector never asks for a seed phrase or a private key.
